Claudia Hall is a true professional who took a complicated zoning issue on a commercial property and successfully worked with the city to get the correct details, understand the history of the property, and work out what was needed to successfully market it and find that unique buyer. She took an impasse that seemed impossible to unravel and found the correct path to take the sale over the finish line with a successful close of escrow. I could not have done this without her! She removed the drama and stress from me, the seller, and just kept pushing forward to make it all work. I highly recommend her to others for her competence and knowledge within her field.
